I love this blouse. It is gorgeous. I mean it is more for a spring or summertime look but if you wear black with it and silver definitely can be a winter accessory. I opened it up and they wear a shirt underneath with matching pants and boots to match it looks great. I love it. It’s so cool thank you so much.
