Crazy fast shipping. Very friendly and promptly answered questions. Shoes are perfect and minus the scuffs they're like new. I love these shoes and I go thru a pair every 9-12 months because they're perfect for my job as a personal trainer (this will be my 5th pair) so im very happy to have a good pair waiting.
