vcrn2004 Hi Wendy. Poshmark has authenticated my purchase but says wrong label Nike Zoom? Did you mail the wrong item to them? I’m confused.

wendyi88 @vcrn2004 hi! They have your bag and authenticated it and are going to mail it to you! I did have the wrong label on it (godddd thank goodness it went through them and not to the wrong person) but they are correcting it! They said they were going to contact you to confirm.

wendyi88 @vcrn2004 Hold that thought... so sorry! I just received this from Poshmark - "Based on our review, we have decided to forward this information to the buyer to confirm they are OK with this. We will keep you posted on the buyer's decision." I accidentally sent them a pair of Nike shoes instead of your bag. You'll have to choose whatever option to not accept the order from the message Poshmark sent you. Then I'll be able to send you the bag. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

wendyi88 @vcrn2004 No, I sent it to the person who actually purchased the shoes. I already opened a case with Poshmark, and the person who is accidentally getting the bag will have to mail it back to me once they receive it.

vcrn2004 @wendyi88 ok. I understand. The message Poshmark sent me was confusing as it sounded like the label only was the issue and not the item itself. I’ve done the same before myself. It’s easy to get confused if you are mailing multiple packages.
