Free People Thermal Top with Lacy Cuffs

NWOT Striped red long sleeved thermal tee with beautiful lacy cuffs. I bought this to bring some color into my wardrobe but it end up sitting there. I never wore it and now it's a little tight for me. 😕 size small but on a larger side.
