maryjanssen @sfconway I think if I was able to do something for someone who just bought something from me, and I had the size to exchange for them, and they offered to pay for return shipping is do it. But that's not how you view things. Honestly I feel "tricked". It runs very big, and all I wanted was to exchange. I do like the shirt, but do not plan on repurchasing it and then selling this one. In the end you have to remember we are all people. Not just "buyers" and "sellers".

sfconway @maryjanssen you also have to understand the time money and energy that goes into shipping. As a boutique I have employees who run my closet and I have to pay them. If I were to do the exchange I would have then wasted the money for the last week for sharing a listing that was never available for sale ( the small). I also gave you an incredible deal on the item AND paid for shipping I run two boutiques and I'm 9 months pregnant.

sfconway @maryjanssen The amount of work that would be added to my already double full time schedule if I allowed exchanges, free of charge, would cost me more than would be fair given the deals I give ( including you). So while it seems like one simple exchange. I have hundreds of customers a week and simply can't offer the ability of exchanges at the prices I offer my customers.

maryjanssen @sfconway I am pregnant as well, and thought the shirt would be great for before and after. I think it's way too big though. Whatever rationalization you want to say is your business. In the end. It isn't that hard. But it's fine. We feel differently.

maryjanssen @sfconway the reason I say it's not that hard is, because you run two boutiques, isn't your employee at the post office very often anyway? She wouldn't be making an extra trip and it wouldn't cost any extra money or time.
