kutterbestI was put on SO MANY different meds that are steroids then super steroid packs and steroid shots in spine and literally gained 30lbs in 3 weeks 2 years ago and even if I'm able to lose 5-10lbs it comes right back , so I would say I'm pretty stabilized at 8/10 which runs diff as to SML . But I MUCH RATHER be too large than too small I can work with that.. so which ever you think could fit 8/10? Thank you
