I purchased the pair of black satin isotoner slippers on Feb 2,2021. The shipping information shows a label was created but does not show that the post office received the package. I know that USPS is experiencing delays but it’s been NINE days and no tracking showing it was received by USPS? Because a label was generated I am unable to cancel the sale. Please advise.

@char23and When a package is received by USPS it is scanned showing it was accepted. There is no such scan.

@meghanscloset9 I’m well aware (after shipping over 5000 items) how the USPS scanning process works, however, as I don’t work for them I cannot magically make your package start tracking. As stated, I shipped your package the day after you ordered, it’s now (both literally and figuratively) out of my hands. Please contact Posh support and/or the USPS to resolve the situation.

@char23and. you sold the item and you are responsible for assuring it is received. If it is not delivered then you are responsible to refund the money paid. It is in your hands until I receive the item or a refund is given.

@meghanscloset9 WRONG... I do not get paid until the item is received and rated. Posh holds the funds until then, therefore I have nothing to refund you. Not sure what you don’t understand, it’s a pretty simple concept/business model. Again, contact POSH who can actually do something about this situation.
