closetoptimist@aquariusgirl93 yes!! I am 5'0 and this dress was absolutely perfect for me (in a small) with 2" heels it was still above the floor. the exact length is 100% adjustable since the straps can tie around you in a number of different ways but the length is 50" :)

closetoptimist@agardea92 I would recommend a medium, as the small bust measurement is a 34 and there's not a huge amount of stretch, whereas the waist is adjustable based on how you tie the dress!
