justgivemeone The waist lying flat is 29”. Rise is 8.5”. Inseam is 28.5” which to me is ankle length. I have these myself in a 26. They are smart denim for a reason. A skinny fit to conforms to your shape but do not stretch out and look slouchy later if you know what I mean. Very comfortable
