Beautiful Tie dye tunic top by Live and Let Live. Beautiful teal blue, brown & green tie dye. Open placket at the bust embroidered in a floral pattern on blue velvet. Bordered in geometric embroidery. Short cap sleeves made out of ruffled & scalloped eyelet. Light rayon challis fabric. EUC. Stubbornly too small in the hips for me, so I have only tried on a few times.
