Gorgeous handmade VERY stretchy cold shoulder black rose top szS

This is a beautiful NEW stretchy top that was made by my Mom. She is a professional seamstress and often made all of our clothes. This was made as a prototype for her clothing collection. This has no tags but has LOTS of stretch. I think this is best suited for a young lady. The approximate unstretched measurements; pit-pit: 11.5" length: 18" Please ask questions and make an offer.
