SWEET LEMON Black Floral Kaftan Tied Sleeve Maxi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from the lovely, kind, and beautiful @karisfashion. I was one of the lucky few that was able to purchase this gorgeous floral dress, but grossly underestimated my waist. Measurements: Top to bottom: 60” Waist: HARD 15” (not a lot of leeway past this point) I did not get the PTP because of the nature of the top. It is the loosest part of the dress. I am a 36B and it lays on me in a flattering way and has more room to give. I am also a size 12 and fit comfortably in the bottom half, but just my waist doesn’t quite fit.
