This Tibi silk sequin shift shirt/top - mini dress is done in a fun throw-back retro football jersey style. (Feb 4, 2016) The Top is very clean, a great deep navy blue, is 3/4 sleeve with a bateau neckline. Overall clean and very good condition. The right side around the hem/split does show some thread pulls. I don't see any missing or split sequins, but with the hundreds and hundreds of them, best to assume there are a few.
