Soft green stone with natural veining and a hand painted rose motif on the lid. Gold-tone metal frame and hinge, solid and nicely weighted. Light age wear to the metal, hinge pin needs taping back in, and a small chip along the base edge as shown; overall well kept with the classic translucent stone look.
