Hi! i purchased the size 7 version of these and i received this during the authenticity process, i think it would be appropriate to discount the shoes with the missing gem. Also i am concerned with other gems falling off? Get back to me as soon as you can!

@emilywood132 hi there thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are experiencing this. The gem was attached when shipped it out. I have been in contact with poshmark and they provided a video showing that it either got dislodged in transit or when they were removing out of the box (I wrapped each shoe individually in tissue paper when I shipped out) The other are all intact

@redbedhead11 Sorry to bother you again but i would really love to have the shoes but i would have to pay a shoemaker to properly attach that gem and hopefully no other ones, i do believe there should be some sort of discount for such
