splendid175 Hi, I made the offer on the dress. I wasn't trying to lowball. This same dress sold for $35 not too long ago, same size & condition so I made the offer with that in mind & of course my budget. I hope I didn't cause offense. I don't like making offers but Ive been looking for this dress for a while & always seem to miss out on it. So I thought I would risk it and put in an offer. redbedhead11 @viginhakume hi! so I have noticed lately that it can time them 24-48 hours to scan... it happened to me recently and I got very nervous. there is just tremendous backlog because they are understaffed and there are more shipments. I will let you know when I get a notification!!

redbedhead11 @viginhakume they are usually super reliable. it's just because of covid. I spoke to the mailman and they said they have to work extra shifts because there is so much demand but not enough staff. I wish I could give you a better answer but this is all the information I have.
