Thise super cute and comfy flowy maxi dress is new with tags from Free People / free-est. It is a size large, but reviews on the FP website say it runs a little bit small. It measures just over 15" across the top of the bust. It has removable spaghetti straps and the top has a little gummy strip underneath so you can wear this strapless if you want. The sides are cut up to mid thigh as seen in the stock photos. Retail $98.
