What is the material? Do they have any stretch?

I’m sorry. I didn’t see this message until now. I’m away from where I have these right now but they are all mostly cotton fabric with slight stretch in at least one pair. They’re very well made and in excellent condition. I just prefer a little longer short. These aren’t too short at all but they do fall at top of the thigh rather than mid-thigh.
