NWT includes box and dust bags. Elevated casual style and practical boot as they are waterproof suede. Some minimal markings were already there when I purchased it (see pics). It was the last pair in this size so I had bought it! The box is roughed up as well, it was delivered to me like this. I ended up getting them in a different size instead!
