@urbanlove Hello! I notified PM today about the status of my undelivered package. It's been almost 2 weeks and still no sign of it. I'm afraid that the package have been lost in the mail and leave me no choice but to cancel the order. I will notify you after I hear from them. Thanks

@urbanlove hi. Yes I informed them. They thought I was the seller and said they will do a courtesy credit since I didn't have USPS scanned the package before it got sent out. I responded back and told them I am the buyer and have no way of doing that and expect a refund since they have buyer's protection.

I was planning to wear that for my wedding, a small celebration at the beach and I fell in love with that dress for it. I would have preferred communication and it also spoils the experience here.
