@bellaraelyn a lot of times those sellers donโt respond but you should def be able to return if you wanted to - counterfeits are prohibited so PM approves refunds as far as I know all the time in the that situation. Just make if you want to do that - be sure to file for refund within 3 DAYS of delivery and do NOT accept the item on the app. If you need any help just give a shout ๐

@emt17356 Iโll tag you on some info . Some advice - Check the sellers โAboutโ section - see when they joined, be careful if it was just June July or Aug for example (thatโs when a whole bunch of counterfeits came on).

Be wary of funky usernames like ghxhxhisksjsj or stuff like that - they use programs to generate unique names and are not legit sellers
