queenofhearts @staciewood516 A friend of mine had kidney stones last year. I researched homeopathic remedies and told him to try drinking lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Lemon juice is supposed to help break up the stones and olive oil supposedly lubricates. Other people say it’s just an old wives tale, but he had success with it!

queenofhearts @staciewood516 Air quality is horrible. Woke up today and it looked like the apocalypse - sky was completely dark at 8am with an eerie orange glow. I have asthma, so I try to stay indoors when it’s like this. The kitten still hasn’t shown up. 😢 He seems too young to make it on his own. Very sad he’s gone. 😿 The other one is doing well though.

I’m glad the lime water is helping your friend! You and I are SO similar - I don’t drink nearly enough water when I’m not teaching multiple classes a day in the hot room! I’m even thinking about getting an app that will remind me to drink fluids throughout the day.

I have a couple purifiers inside and I avoid going outside when air quality warnings are given. Having access to an orchard is my favorite thing about living in the country! It’s mostly apples but also peaches, plums, pluots, pears and figs. I LOVE to bake but I don’t care to cook either - I totally get it!! I’m feeling a lot better than last week, but my low back is still hurting. Not sure if it’s UTI related or if I need a trip to the chiropractor.

Not sure what’s going on with it. The kitty came back after missing 3 meals! So relieved! How’s your kitty? Bet he misses Bellah a ton. I think it’s so cool you had a dog and cat who bonded! queenofhearts @staciewood516 He didn’t have a DL but luckily he was on his gf’s insurance. Geico finally took responsibility. Thank goodness I had proof in the form of text messages. Their insurance is trying to minimize the accident and said they won’t pay for my medical bills. My insurance will cover my medical bills, so I’m gonna through them. My back still hurts 2 months later. 😕

queenofhearts @staciewood516 For some reason the fraud is especially bad in CA. There are so many people going through similar situations. Every night I see a new horror story on the news. The whole thing has been overwhelming and I just hate feeling so helpless and vulnerable. Now the waiting game begins. BofA said it could take 45 days + for them to investigate. They’re overloaded with claims. Seems like there’s a weak link somewhere.

The 52 day challenge is beyond helpful because at least for just a few minutes a day you HAVE to focus on something positive, so it really helps to change what you focus on! They’re still saying I’m the one who did the wire transfers. 😩 Dealing with them has been the worst. I’m filing a police report today and my friend sent me a link to report this to the Internet crimes division of the FBI. Maybe that’ll get BofA’s attention. Everyone says to hire a lawyer, but that takes money I don’t have right now.
