This is a 1944 One Centavo coin from the Philippines (US Admin) It appears to have a misalignment on the reverse border after the "O" in Centavo and on the opposite left side border (see photos) Specifications: Year - 1944 Amount - 1 Centavo Composition - Brass (95% Copper, 5% Zinc) Shape - Round Orientation - Coin alignment ↑↓ Obverse features an eagle above the shield of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, date below and the mintmark to the left of the date.
