New with Tags. This top is 100% rayon so it feels light and drapes beautifully. The colors and design are vibrant and absolutely beautiful! The neck is a drawstring and tie front. It has short sleeves and flares out at the bottom of the top. Standard size I was told was an extra large when I bought it. I would say it would fit as a large perfectly.
