1 skein of 100% pure wool 2ply for hand knitting or other crafts

Beautiful 100% wool from a cherished Ontario producer. This is pretty much the last of this yarn—I haven’t seen it around for a long time, and I can’t find out anything about them on the internet. The colour is a saturated royal blue with a black barber pole. The pictures came out a bit darker than it looks in real life. The yarn itself is rustic and relatively loosely twisted. It knits up into a lofty and warm fabric. It is a worsted weight, and you want to try a couple of needle sizes to find the best one for your project. I estimate that there is about 200 yards in this skein. Please see the tag for more details. The spinning oils used in the production of this yarn sometime leave an odour. I can’t smell anything on this yarn, but you might notice something upon the first wash. Fortunately, any residual odour will disappear once the yarn dries.
