missilebehaved @maude403 the lining is attached at the arm holes, neck line and the back zipper and otherwise hangs lose inside.

maude403 @missilebehaved so what I’m asking is if you put it on...as you said 39” is the fit of the lining...I want to know if the dress hangs free and is not as tight as the lining. Can you measure the dress width at the same place you took the lining measurement please. I would adjust the lining if that is the only problem. Thank you.
