100% Wool Ecru - cream Chunky Knit Irish Fisherman’s sweater - Aran cable

Really beautiful well made Aran cable knit fisherman’s sweater. Made in Ireland. Each family would have their own secret methods and patterns and would sew different sneaky flaws into the sweaters made for their fisherman family members so that if they were lost at sea and unidentifiable they would be able to by the sweater. Made by a company called Celtex I believe in the 60s, could have been earlier or later. Definitely a size large, but fits a small/ medium without looking oversized much and would fit a slim XL as well. A couple very minor flaws throughout as expected for its age but everything is visible in pictures and are barely noticeable.
