100% cotton dress fit flare dress shirred smock back

vintage cotton dress made in India that is lined and has a stretchy shirred back to accommodate. shown on size small mannequin. the straps are broken and will need to be sewn to your desired length. there is a yellow stain on the front of the dress and some yellow discoloration under the armpits. I haven't tried to stain remove.
