The white blocking adds interest and helps create the illusion of a more hourglass figure. With pockets, this piece has a relaxed feel, but can easily be dressed up with jewellery and statement heels. I am an athletic 5'5 / size 6 and I always felt if I was a bit taller it would look even better. I think this would also work nicely for someone who is size 8. The waist tie is adjustable.
