Vintage MCM Solid Birch Nightstand with Single Drawer This gorgeous and substantial nightstand was made by Vilas Furniture of Canada, circa early 1950s. Impeccably built with solid birch, dovetailed drawers, and dowel joinery (see detail pics), this charming piece is also finished on the back, so it can sit anywhere in a room. Completely refinished top to bottom, it features an ample main surface which will accommodate a lamp/clock, a drawer for storage, and lower shelf for easy access to books, magazines, chargers, etc. Exceptionally well made and wonderful timeless mid century design.
