10K Gold Plated (?) Statement Ring With Green Emeralds (?) Or Tsavorite Garnet

One of a kind gold statement ring. With hand cut securely prong set natural stones that look like, possibly, clear topazes and green either emerald, or tsavorite garnet stones. Not sure how to tell, as I don't have any professional gemological tools. Can only say that they vary slightly in color and shape. The metal looks like 10 karat gold, but not stamped, so I assume that it could be gold plated. Size 8. In excellent condition.
