Melanie Jacqueline is a designer from the east coast of Canada, combining art and fabric into stunning original pieces. Handmade in Newfoundland. No tags attached, p2p is 19-1/2" relaxed and 21" stretch. I will be listing as large. Please feel free to ask any questions. As this is a designer dress, it has no tags attached to the garment to describe the material used. It is a heavier material, I would say, feels like neoprene.
