👗 # 113 Vintage fringe vest

Fabulous little vintage fringe vest. There are no tags anywhere. I believe this is homemade so I’m going to call it a medium. as the pit pit is 18 inches( please see measurements for fit) it’s kind of like a silky satin fabric with fringes all over there are closures so you can wear it closed or open.. and great vintage condition
