12 MONTH OLD SPRING/ SUMMER ADORABLE & VINTAGE

When I gave birth to my daughter, my mother gave me this as a hammy down from when I was a baby & so on.. She wanted to photograph “photo shoot” (my mother profession) she did not recall if we ever got my baby girl to wear it , unfortunate .. Anyways it came from my family - It actually was handed down from my older cousins. My cousin were many years older than me, and this gorgeous little piece was given to me in 1995 ….Nobody has a definite answer BUUUUT ; I cannot say for sure, it may be never worn!!!
