12”x18” Tri-Chem Liquid Embroidery #8306

This Tri-Chem liquid embroidery #8306 is called “Wedding Certificate” and can be personalized for whomever you’re making it for. It does have a small yellowed spot on the top corner. It is a residue from very old masking tape that can probably be removed. There’s some wrinkling on it, which can also be fixed by using an iron on the backside of the picture. It is in overall very good condition, considering that this is from 1977! It comes with the original instructions.
