14K Gold Earrings with white shaphire or other clear stone

Amazing quality 14K yellow gold earrings with a bit of white mixed in, maybe rose too. it's hard to see that, they appear as yellow gold but the other colour are there. The stone is most likely a white shaphire but could be a cz or another type of clear stone, I'm not certain. The diamond cutting makes these earrings sparkle along with the beautiful center stone. Makers mark IBB. Green box in last two pictures will be included with earrings. Approx. 1/4 inch or 6.5mm
