14K gold sapphire diamond ring

This is very beautiful and dainty. The ring is quite thick. The gems are small. Vintage from the 40's. Was appraised at $3000. Size 5. Full description is include in the authenticity and appraisal report included with images. 14K yellow gold with white gold face plate. Needs a good polish and clean.
