There are no tags at all on this skirt to even try to describe this material, I had a real good look at it, and I felt like I went into a hypnotic trance. Zoom in on the cover photo and comment, I'd love to hear your opinion. Definitely has Spandex, waist size relaxed is 16" with some stretch at 18". Would fit medium/ large.
