18 inch necklace- with inlay rectangular pendant

This necklace needs some TLC! purchased with an auction lot many years ago, unfortunately I have no information on this. it appears to be some sort of stone inlay in the pendant- which is solid. Interesting arts and craft piece. Necklace is 18 inches long!
