180 Organic Wheat Bag! Freezeable/Heatable for Migraine, injury or cycle stuff

The bag can go into the freezer or the microwave. My microwave which is quite strong, heats them almost too much with a heat time of 1 minute and 20 seconds, but it all depends. If you smell a slight burning smell, heat for less time the next time. Wheat bags are full of organic wheat, and when they start to smell burnt after many uses, and aren’t holding their heat, you can just bury them in the yard, cotton and all and they will just go back to the earth. I use mine for cycle related cramping and various placement for migraines. The forehead, the back of the neck, to place the wrists or belly cramping and the lower back. This bag is made of a softer cotton flannel. Both the fabric and the item itself is new and never used. Wheat bags are made by my Mother and I. I came up with the shape and weight because we both contend with brutal migraines and found placement of one or two wheat bags can lower discomfort very much, as well as being useful for sore muscles, and other minor injury.
