1850s ANTIQUE graduated NATURAL Pearls double strand necklace sterling clasp

These stunning pearls are over 150 years old.  They have an amazing lustre and a champagne color to them not seen today in a natural pearl which is very rare to find.  You can see from the clasp that at one time there was most likely three strands of pearls but this does not affect the beauty or wearability.  You do need to have a smaller neck size as women were generally smaller back then the shortest strand of pearls is just over 14 inches. This would be an amazing and cherished gift for anyone. something very old for the bride, or a collector's dream.  a rare set of stunning natural pearls and I think in fabulous condition for being as old as they are.
