1880s asthetic movement Fish Servers

Wonderful engraving of flowers, designs and a butterfly on this pair of boxed fish servers (knife 12" & fork 9") are from the 1880s. I am assuming silver plate as no marks that I can find. Ivory handles do show cracks as photographed but this set is 140 years old. Box is in 2 pieces with part of front missing.
