18k Vintage Yellow Gold Earrings

Vintage 18k yellow gold earrings. Weight is 4 grams total. Marking read 18k and then another mark inside an odd shaped box that looks like it reads 750. 1/2” depth, 1/2” round. These were mine that I bought over 30 years ago. No smoking home. No box.
