1930'S VINTAGE NORITAKE VEG BOWL

This 1930’s vintage Noritake vegetable bowl shows a design of alternating gilt floral medallions and floral urns on a cream band, with a ribbon of gilt designs winding around the outer edge and the handles. The bowl is approximately 10 inches wide when measured across, including the handles. It is without cracks, chips, or stains, but does show considerable wear to the gold, especially on the handles. It is marked as shown, indicating that it was imported through Morimura Bros. of New York City, the licensed agent for Noritake during the 1920’s and 1930’s. Still charming, and very modestly priced!
