1930's Marx toys Scottie Tin Litho Wind up dog toy. Very cute nearly antique toy! Wind up does work, but does not have key. Ears and tail are not original (these are nearly always missing as the rubber they were made of hardened and they broke) but these made of rubber as originally were, and as close to original as possible.
