His mouth is open with a metal piece where the water would go and come out through the tube by his bottom. His painted hair is molded to be curly and brown, although aging has caused this sweet Reliable Canada Wetums Drink and Wet Composition doll to start breaking down. This is why they're a rare find since essentially everytime you give the baby doll water you're contributing to its future decay. The doll is a composition doll made of practically sawdust, wood flour, and glue. Therefore, water should never be around these dolls.
