1940s Harry Irskin sterling brooch

I’ve had this brooch for years. It is marked sterling with the makers stamp. Harry Irskin was the maker and the polishing revealed a beautiful rose gold tone instead of silver. Not sure but I would guess the metal mixed with the silver is copper therefore providing the beautiful rose tone. It can definitely be polished more… and didn’t do the back.
