1940’s PARAGON Double Warrant Spring Melody Cream + Sugar Set - Fine Bone China

Beautiful vintage two piece Spring Melody creamer jug and wide mouth sugar bowl set displaying greenery, violets, white and yellow blossoms on a burgundy trim. The base colour is a bright white featuring a lovely gold trim and accents, made of Fine Bone China. Manufactured by Paragon between 1939 to 1949; both pieces are marked “PARAGON - By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen & Her Majesty Queen Mary - Fine Bone China - England Registered - Spring Melody”. This set is rare and hard to find; lovely collectors addition! This duo is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, discolouration, staining, etc. however there is a minor manufacturing paint mark inside the sugar bowl, as seen Measurements: Cream: 2 3/4” inches height x 4 1/4” inches length including spout + handle x 2 5/8” inches width Sugar: 1 7/8” inches height x 3 1/2” inches diameter Vintage china/items often have small manufacturing flaws and/or signs of use; these do not affect the integrity of the item but is something to be mindful of when purchasing.
