1940’s Rare Miniver Rose 14” Royal Staffordshire Newport Pottery Serving Platter

This gorgeous vintage, hard to find pale-pink banded serving platter was produced circa the 1940’s; marked “Miniver Rose - Royal Staffordshire - Dinnerware by Clarice Cliff Collection - Made in England - Newport Pottery Co. England”. The “Miniver Rose” pattern is very rare, displaying a stunning motif of a large pinky-red rose and blooms, plus greenery, dainty flowers and purple accents. This nearly antique serving plate features a lovely pale-pink shell scalloped band with gold trims; it is truly such a stunner and very hard to let go of, however a lucky new owner should enjoy this piece for generations to come! Wonderful addition for any hosting, gathering, celebration, etc! Excellent condition; no chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, staining, discolouration, etc. however there are minor manufacturing paint marks, and extremely minor wear on the trim and dish, as seen Measurements: 14” inches length x 10 3/4” inches width x 1 3/8” inches height Vintage china/items often have small manufacturing flaws and/or signs of use; these do not affect the integrity of the item but is something to be mindful of when purchasing.
