1940's Scallop / Shell Bag, 40s Black Leather Handbag

1940s leather handbag in scallop or shell style popular in the 40's. Bag features one main inner compartment with two snap closures and ruched/gathered opening, fabric lining inside. It's rich leather that is showing some wear from use at edges and handles have rolled/folded from use. This bag has so much character from it's era, plenty of life in it for the right person - a bit of tlc, some leather conditioner to refresh it and it will make quite a statement again - in good to very good vintage/antique condition.
